Pilates Super Sculpt is a deep toning total body workout focusing on correct alignment, flexibility, core strength and a beautiful posture. You will learn exercises that you would normally perform on studio Pilates equipment such as the spine corrector and reformer. Pilates Super Sculpt is performed wih a small sponge or playground ball creating more challenge and assisting you to execute the workout correctly.
Each section is focused on different body parts allowing you to do a short body specific workout or press "play all" for a complete 60 minute program.
