Next is the killer arm section using 3-5 pound dumbbells, focusing on high repetition, with unique Pilates and ballet inspired arm work. The barre section incorporates innovative standing abdominal work with a whole lot of booty, plus, high-energy fitness intervals to blast total body fat. The final core section consists of exercises based on Pilates and Yoga, with the option to include a dumbbell for more of a challenge.
