Mother s Body Toning (20 minutes) - Focuses on floor work and incorporates effective stretching and toning poses to firm up post-baby bodies.

Rising Up (20 minutes) - Standing poses strengthen and lengthen muscles to help regain pre-baby shape quicker. Includes gentle rocking and connecting with baby.

Mother s Core Practice (20 minutes) - Strengthens the core and helps new moms regain muscle tone. Gentle lifts and resistance work allow mothers to connect with baby during the routine.

Daily De-Stressors (10 minutes)
Includes poses new moms can use to counteract the daily stresses infants place on mom s body.
