BEGINNER: This 45-minute workout introduces you to cardio and muscle conditioning using the rebounder. You can do the entire workout, or customize it to fit your schedule. Do this workout a few times a week for several weeks prior to progressing onto the Advanced workout.

ADVANCED: This 60-minute workout builds on the skills you acquired in the Beginner Workout. This workout gives you 3 sweat inducing cardio peaks mixed with 3 muscle shaping upper, lower and core strength segments.
