2 x 2 Conditioning incorporates the principles of High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) for an intense calorie burning experience.
After warming up, challenge yourself to alternating two minute bouts of athletically based cardio drills and functional resistance training drills. Go breathless with your cardio and actively recover with various strength exercises as you build a strong, lean and fit body! Be ready to sweat, work hard and push your edge! Options are given throughout the workout to help you find the level that is doable yet challenging.
Aimee Nicotera has been involved in the health and fitness industry for 20 years, as a group exercise leader, personal trainer and health educator. Aimee holds a BS degree in nutrition Science and an MS degree in Health Education, as well as multiple fitness certifications, including those through ACE, AFAA, ACSM and Schwinn. Aimee brings enthusiasm and creativity to her group exercise classes and encourages her participants to get fit and have fun doing it!
